You're right about routine. I never really have had a set one. As a stay-at-home mom. My routine was always flexible. Now I've returned to the workforce, still it is pretty flexible. I am no longer at my computer all day like I used to be. This I think is a positive thing though. I'll work on setting up some sort of routine.
I know I need to take them to maintain my health, it really is just forcing myself to and finding a way to always keep it on my mind, instead of thinking of it once and then forgetting.
