who cares if you lose hair post op I am pulling it out now!

My husbands work changed insurance in janurary and this new insurance covers WLS. I am so afraid that if I dont' get this surgery done by the end of the year they are going to put an exclusion on the insurance. This is so fustrating for me. Even if they do send in the packet again with the updated things I know they are just going to ask for something else. this is driving me crazy. A fire needs to be put under my insurance companies behind.  Just needing to vent
