I have the same problem at almost four months out.  World Wide makes a high gram protein drink.  You can get it at GNC, the vitamin shoppe etc.  They sell them individually or in a case.  Its something like 35 grams of protein per can.  There's several flavors:  cookies and cream, chocolate. strawberry, banana and vanilla. They're all good.  The banana tastes like the banana flavored "Now and laters" i enjoyed as a kid!!!!

I HAD GOOD LUCK WITH A CUP OF 2% MILK AND 1/3 CUP OF POWDERED MILK AND A PACKET OF ORANGE SUNRISE CRYSTAL LITE. ITS LIKE A DREAM POP HAS EXTRA PROTIEN AND IT ALSO COUNTS AS A LIQUID. AND IF YOU FREEZE THEN . ITS JUST THAT MUCH BETTER. GOOD LUCK AND JUST KEEP TRYING. I KNOW ITS HARD THIS EARLY OUT HECK I AM ALMOST 5 MONTHS OUT AND STILL HAVE ISSUES SOMETIMES GETTING IT ALL IN.  GOOD LUCK VICKI

This sounds so yummy.........I am going to have to try this now, instead of waiting until after surgery!!!   I love dream pops! Those things are awesome! Now you have me wanting to start trying things out now, but I know it has been suggested to wait, because your taste buds change after surgery.  I will be getting the boullion cubes stocked up, because I can use them all the time in my meals anyway.

At St. Vs they use a recipe of 4 cups 2% milk, plus one cup dry, powdered milk, and 1 pkg. sugar free instant breakfast (comes in vanilla and chocolate-vanilla was my favorite.)  Make this up at bedtime.  Next day drink it all day throughout the day. . . sip, sip, sip.  It gives you about 60 grams of protein and counts as fluids, too.  I thought it was great.  And much cheaper than many of the proteind drinks.  If you do get the Worldwide drinks in the can that someone recommended, the banana is good and so is the cookies n cream. Good luck to you!

....and if you don't like the CIB (I didn't), try sugar-free jello mix. I liked the lemon or lime flavors...the others were way too sweet for me. Sherri

Lisa, We use Kroger CarbSmart yogurt and add protein powder to it.  Brenda likes strawberry and adds strawberry protein powder.  I like different flavors so I used the AnyWhey from GNC which is flavorless and you can't even tell it's in there.  GNC also has IsoPure drinks in several flavors that taste like watered down kool-aid.  It's not too bad.  Good luck in finding what works for you. We'll probably have another chat next Thursday night if not before.  Look forward to chatting with you soon. Floyd
