I have to do pre-op testing.  Is there anything I should increase or decrease?  I dont want to chance not passing the labs.  Should I increase protein now? Elimate anything?  Any suggestions?

Stay off of smokes. Stop all caffienated products. Increasing protein, water, and exercise...very good thing at any time.  Decreasing fat & carbs, also, very good any time. You may want to start taking some Biotin. It's a B vitamin that will help keep hair loss to a minimum (some people lose some hair about 2-5 months post-op...I don't know of anyone who has gone bald so don't worry about that, but Biotin will help decrease how much you do lose if you are one of those who lose at all). Sherri ps...Do NOT stress out over the tests!! That won't help the results any.
