I can eat as much as I want...I just don't want much.
I'm ashamed of what I did for a Klondike bar...
Don't think of yourself that way!!! You have a purpose in life, and by golly, you aren't going to let it slip away! LOL
If you are having a rough few minutes, take a breather, walk outside, and scream at the top of your lungs!!! Not only will this make you feel better, but it will scare the hell outta whoever made you feel that way!
Once you have done that, come on back in, sit down, and chat with the rest of us tonight! We would love to hear from you too!
Lots o' luv!

At Goal! 165 pounds gone forever! Thank you Lord!

Glad I was able to make you laugh and smile!!! I used to work on the river, and whenever things were not going the way I wanted, I would just walk out the back door of the boat, and scream until my throat hurt. I would walk back in, and start working again.......all the while my co-workers were looking at me in udder disbelief! And sheer TERROR! I guess they thought that they were the ones that ticked me off, and they were now afraid of the consequences! I really felt so much better afterward, and the looks on their faces just made me laugh and smile again, and I got over the nasty mood that I was just in! Always remember, scare the hell outta someone else
, and if, even for one moment, it will make you laugh!

I wish every time I see you now I don't hear... "You're only "X" pounds larger than me now ." . . . and then you frown and look sad at that fact.
I'm sorry you are gaining weight. I really am, but please stop comparing me to you and making me feel bad for possibly, one day soon, being smaller than you.
I know I am no longer the woman that you can think ... "At least I'm not as big as she is."
I really hope you can get control of your life again and I really hope that you'll lose the weight you've put on.
