Hey everyone, I have a 10, 7 and 1 year old.  My biggest problem has been finding family friendly recipes and snack ideas.  I am in the process of putting together a cookbook for other WLS patients and was looking for some new ideas.  Let me know if you have a recipe or snack idea.  Thanks!!!!  Monica   [email protected]

My mom always would get graham cracker crust- already ready stuff.... sugar free pudding(chocolate), and milk... Mix the pudding as explained on directions, and pour in crust.... Let sit in fridge at least an hour! *You can also sub sugar free vinalla... we would cut up bananas and mix it in the pudding... My mom also made chicken breast mirinated in Seaseme ginger... I think it has a little sugar... and then a side... We also ate chili... I cant really remember because I worked full time and went to school full time when she was going through with the surgery...
