How well did you skin bounce back into its correct spot after surgery? I was wondering how my arms and thighs are going to look after surgery? Thanks Robin

I am now 32 and went from 311 to 175.  It's not too bad.  I look good in clothes, but naked--not so much!  What 30-something with at kid does look great???  I am not concerned about it.  It's not worth the money to fix it to me.  I will wear sleeveless and tank tops.  My arms look better than a lot of people my age an older.   My thighs aren't so bad.  Look better than some worse than others.   Who cares???  The loose skin is better and a lot more manageable than the full skin!!   The last time I was this thin--or light--I was 18 or 19.  My body has definitely changed since then, but whose hasn't?

Melanie, right on. I have some saggy skin, but I'd rather have it empty than full. I was planning on plastics actually, but that will be put on the back burner with the buying a house thing going on. That's okay. House is probably a better investment, practically speaking.

That is my fear too... Everyone has said they can deal with the skin... My mom is 47 and she had surgery 2 years ago... Yes, she has some... but it looks like if she was 47 what her skin would look like since she is a smoker... I have "HEARD" you should use a good lotion all over... I also heard work out as much as possible and that can help your skin... I actually did a post a few days ago asking about saggy skin... I think people posted on there... Look at that... Good Luck! Skin hydrates from the inside out and that contributes greatly to its elasticity.  Drink plenty of water.  It is what your skin is thirsty for.

I can eat as much as I want...I just don't want much.
I'm ashamed of what I did for a Klondike bar...
