I just realized that I had not told you folks that Jennie was back in the hospital again for a bowel obstruction.  Ann and I visited with her and Tom on Thursday morning and was told that the problem appeared to be barrium doing the blocking.   Now the good news and praise be to God, I got this email from Tom, so I will pass it on to your folks. Dear Friends and Family,

I greet you all today from Converse. They released my dear Jennie from the hospital late Thursday evening. After taking X-rays of her colon on three consecutive days, they determined that the therapies they were using had worked, and that her bowl obstruction had been eliminated. I praise the Lord that she was only in the hospital one week this time.

Please continue to lift her up in prayer. Jennie is still having a hard time eating, having dizzy spells, and struggling with back pain.

In the time between my last update, and when Jennie left the hospital Thursday evening, her visitors were Misty and Maxwell Bolinger, Sandy Thomas, Bob & Barb Smith, Gene & Jackie Smith, and Dan & Ann Packard.

Have a blessed day,

Tom

I will tell of the kindnesses of the Lord, the deeds for which He is to be praised, according to all the Lord has done for us— yes, the many good things He has done for the house of Israel, according to His compassion and many kindnesses.

--Isaiah 63:7
