Anyone use Dr. Diaz?

I have dr diaz as a doctor too, I have only saw him one time as I havent had my surgery yet, but I liked him. As far as how long it took after I got approved and then got a date, well my pyshc eval was on July 9 and I was called on on the 13 (of course that will depend on your insurance and how fast they work at) with approval and to pick a date which they told me then that they were scheduling as early as the first 2 weeks in Aug, so that was a very short time, but I'm sure it depends on how many people are at that point where they can schedule. I couldn't do it that early so I choose the end of aug for me.
