Linda, Congrats! I checked on the map and it's only about 2  1/2 blocks from where the kids and I lived when I was going to school. It's far enough away from downtown that you won't have the traffic hassles from the festival. I wouldn't use the hospital there, but the schools are fantastic! Sherri

Neat.  Looks like the house I grew up in.  Good yard for kids.  It's empty you should be able to get posession at closing.  Do you have to sell your house now or is that not a problem?  How far is it from where you are now?  How fun it is to get into a new house and choose paint and new window coverings and the works. Congrats!

We'll sell our current house after we do a little work on it, to sell it. That will be much easier after it's vacant!
