CONGRAGULATIONS--On your date~ whos your surgeon? i had mine done on the 8th--it defintly takes alot to adjust too im still getting used to things---but good luck---and yes u will love this boad because everyone heres GREAT-- they seem to always help if u have a question or problem---

Thanks for the welcome.  Bluffton is a beautiful place.  Have only been there once for a wedding but thoroughly enjoyed it.  Anyway,  My surgeon is Dr. RoseMarie Jones at St Vincent.  She did my husbands WLS over 2 years ago and was great then.  Imagine after 2 more years of practice.  I am very confident in her and in the whole staff at St. V's.  Good luck to you.  I know the first few weeks are very tough. 

Hello Kim!  Congratulations on your date.  I had my surgery on April 26th.  I am Dawn's mother that worked with you and left to go to work in Clinton in March.  There is a support group meeting on Monday for anybody associated with the surgery.  You can get my number from Beth at work and I will give you more details.  I am sure you will do fine since you went through this with your husband but if you have any questions, please give me a call. I, too, am a new member, just joining today, the 23rd.  I have been looking forward to surgery for ages, and I hope to have it done by the end of the year!  Good luck with your surgery in a few weeks!  I am happy for you! Keep us posted on how things are going?
