NEWBIE

I am a new member to OH.  WOW, what an awesome support.  I am approved for surgery and am scheduled for 9/17/07.  I am very excited and a little anxious.  Spent all day yesterday at the Nutrition class.  Great information.  Got my serving bowls!!!!, sipper cup and spoon.  Guess I expected this as my husband had surgery a little over 2 years ago.   Still have my pre-op testing.  Not looking forward to it but grateful that it is required.  Hope to hear from others from Indiana.

Welcome!  My name is Jenny and I am waiting on a surgery date.  Just finally got approved today.  This is a great site! I am addicted to it.  How is your husband doing at 2 years out?

Thanks for the welcome.  I very easily could become addicted.  My husband is doing well.  I can't wait to get some pictures on.  He lost about 190 lbs and has done a great job keeing it off.  He has about 15 to 20 lbs that he struggles with but I don't  think that is too bad considering.

Welcome to OH. I have been on here for like a week and have learned sooooooooooooooo much stuff... You can learn the great stories of others, and people who have experienced problems also help you when you have probs. I hope you find this site as great of a resource as I did.
