Happy Hump Day!

Today is my last full day of work before my vacation starts! Woo-hoo!!!!  I will come in for ~4-5 hours in the morning and then I'm out of here until September 4th!! We'll be picking up our new baby tomorrow afternoon and start loading her up. Friday morning, I have my appointment with Dr. Bergman to get those pretty pre-op pics done of my thunder thighs (she already did them of everywhere else). Then I have my GYN appointment (nothing like stripping down twice within 3 hours of getting dressed for the day!). After that, it's get groceries and finish getting ready. Saturday morning, we hit the road! We'll be staying at a campground about half-way to Cedar Point that night, be at Cedar Point Sunday-Thursday, and then head home...staying at that same campground on the way back for a night. We'll arrive home Friday afternoon sometime. Other than my Lasik follow-up Saturday, I'll have the rest of the time to relax!!  I'm pretty sure there is WIFI at Cedar Point so I should be able to keep in touch with you all on here. If not, I'll have my cell phone (and my emails are forwarded to it) so I can still communicate that way (my voice, email, text, or instant messenger). I'm trying to talk Bill into walking the perimeter of Cedar Point to find out how many steps it is. Hahaha!! No..he's not too hip on the idea. He thinks that alone would take up a full day. We'll see. I'm sure we'll get plenty of walking in though. They have a shuttle bus to take you to the different places like the restaurants, etc. I've never been here so I am really looking forward to it!! No, Louie isn't going with us. We've asked Tiffany to dog-sit for us again. He's getting pretty good with 'sit', so-so with 'lay down', ok with 'go potty' (for me anyway..no so much with Bill), but walk/heel/hush? No way. Well..I got one of my reports done yesterday and sent it to my boss for his review. So...today, I'm starting on report #2. It and report #3 should be fairly quick in comparison since I can use much of what is in #1 for them as well. And then I'll just have one to go! Nope, not gonna even try to go for 4 and 4 by tomorrow morning. I'll be happy with 1.5 of 4! LOL!

Sherri - have fun on vacation!  We still haven't heard back from the sellers on the house offer. I hope we hear today. I'm on pins and needles.  Today is my daughter, Maggie's, birthday! She is 4 today. We're going out to dinner for her birthday. Told her she could pick a restaurant, and she thinks she wants Fazoli's or Burger King. Oh to be a child, and think that's fine dining! Hehe. Maybe I can talk her into something atleast sit-down. For her birthday we got her a pink, Disney Princess DVD player. It matches the tv we got her at Christmas.  Well, talk to ya later,

So yesterday I went to kick boxing and it was AWESOME... fantastic... A hard work out but I felt accomplished afterwards... I couldn't do the whole hour... I did 45 minutes and was getting really light headed and dizzy so I sat down and started stretching my friend did the rest of the workout and then we're going again on Thursday... I'm so glad I found this class. SO I lost 2 more lbs this morning... I have not weighed this since I got married 7 years ago... I have not been under 230 since high school. When I see 229 on the scale i think i'm going to cry.. I'm so happy...

HI - I  FINALLY HAD TO SNEAK AWAY TO THE LIBRARY FOR A FEW MINUTES TO GET A CHANCE TO CHAT WITH YOU ALL. IT HAS BEEN A HECTIC DAY- GGOT UP & FIXED BREAKFAST FOR THE GANG, SAW DANA & MIKE OFF TO FLA. TO GET THE REST OF PENNY & MIKE'S THINGS, PENNY TOOK JAX TO SCHOOL & WILLOW & I HAD "GIRLS TIME". WE DID HERE NAILS IN "RAINBOW" COLORS ( 2 DIFF.POLISHES) COLORED, READ BOOKS, PLAYED, WATCHED TV, AND SHE ATE- WHICH SHE HARDLY EVER DOES!!!!SHE IS SO PICKY ( LIKE HER MAMA WAS AT THAT AGE).THIS WAS ALL IN 2 HRS!!! I'M EXASTED ALREADY!!  PENNY HAS BEEN CHANGING ALL OF THE UTILITIES, ETC. ALL THE REST OF THE AM. & WE HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE, SO I'M RUNNING TO THE POST OFFICE- ONLY IT DOESN'T OPEN BACK UP TILL NOON! SHERRI-  YOU & BILL ENJOY CEDER POINT, &  EVERY MOMENT AWAY! YOUR "NEW BABY" WILL KEEP YOU BUSY & CUMFY!! RIDE THOSE COASTERS AND DO THE WATER PARK FOR ME- THE KIDS SAID IT WAS THE BEST! JESS- LOVE, LOVE THE NEW  AVATAR! OFF TO DR. TOMORROW- I M SOOO READY. When Monday starts, that's the low end of the rising hill..called, the work week! Wednesday, is the middle of that hill...so...you're on the 'hump'...and of course by Friday, you aren't struggling to make it through the week anymore and it's all good! I hope my diagram below turns out ok....lol!
