Guess what?!?! We made an offer last night on the house in Clinton. I really like that house. I hope they accept it, or counter something reasonable. We are pre-approved for a mortgage, but up to about 5K less than their asking price, so I hope we can get them to come down a little bit.  Tonight I work at Sears. Oh fun! I will be in Tools. I dread being in the tool department. I feel like a dunce there. There are the home improvement associates around, but I always have to find one to help the customers with questions. Thank goodness I won't be alone.

Good morning everyone!! Linda, I hope you get your call today and you can start the task of packing! I really think you'll enjoy Clinton. Enjoy the tool section. I LOVE tools! That might be part of why I enjoy my job so much..lol! I am busy trying to get my first report done. I'm about done with page 2 so not too bad... I want to get it done before Thursday so it'll give my boss some reading material while we're gone to Cedar Point. Ellen...I'm glad Penny, Mike & the kids made it 'home' safely! I'm going to kickboxing tonight... It's by far my favorite way to work out barring swimming which I will soon not be able to do that often for one because my bathing suit doesn't fit any longer and for two the pool will be closing... It's a great workout and the instructor is very very motivating and gives you a GREAT workout... I was really proud of myself that I was able to hang with the "smaller" women/men at the class... I might not be able to get my legs up as high as them but by goodness i lasted the whole class... The hardest part is taking all those drinks to make sure i don't get dehydrated...

The wedding went well and halleluegh it's OVER... there are pics on my myspace as well as my before pics from surgery that they sent me. I'm still flabbergasted by the difference in just 4 1/2 months it's crazy.

Wow ! Busy day for everyone... I'm back to work (as of yesterday) and everything is going fine, except for all these heavy doors!  I didn't realize how heavy and how many there were.  I have to go through three doors just to get into the bathroom - then the same three back to my desk.  It is killing my chest muscles.  I have taken to waiting until someone else comes along to open the door for me when I can.  This is ridiculous!  I'm ready to go home and tell them to forget about it for another couple of weeks.  I would if I had any more sick or vacation time.  But alas, I am stuck here. Have a great Tuesday.

OMGoodness Annette! You put me to shame! lol I am still home till the 28th and I was a good couple of weeks ahead of you! Thanks Beautiful! :o) I am feeling good now and my energy is finally coming back. The soreness gets better daily and I am almost sleeping on my side most of the time again! What a relief that is! I hate sleeping all the time on my back but that is all I could for the first several weeks. Take it easy girl and keep those frozen peas handy when you get home. I still use them at night on my tummy and the swelling is very minimal for me. I love my results more and more every day! Hugs to you! Marianne

Here today just hanging out...not doing much...did get my shower and now trying to get some work done...have my post-op with dr huse tomorrow...then if all goes well finally back to work on thursday...i say "finally" cause lord knows we need the $$$$$$$$ but i know i'm going to be ZONKED!!!  i could really use a few more weeks off just to get my energy back...oh well...life must go on right? overall i'm feeling well...walked a mile last night and will try to make it a bit more tonight...my aunt walked with me and is going again tonight...hubby has no motivation to go right now, and i remember the feeling...so i'm not nagging him about it....

he goes for his consult for wls next saturday...i'll be happy when he's on the losing side too as i think it will be a big help to me to have someone else going through this with me  hugs to you all have a great tuesday! jen

Good evening everyone-

 I finally got a few minutes to my self( I am NOT ccomplaining, mind you) to get on here after a very busy day. It is so wonderful to have the grandkids & kids back!!!!!   Jax (7 ) I made box mix brownies together while Daddy & Willow napped. What fun- he has never got to help in the kitchen and it was a blast! "EWWW, eggs are yucky , I like them when they are cooked~, Can I do the measuring,~can I stir,~ can I use the mixer"- oh WOW- that was a moment to treasure!!!I thought his eyes were going to cross from watching the beaters!  then while HIS brownies were baking we went outside where he had me sit in a chair  & watch,while he searched & picked up all the sticks.You ought to have seen him running , picking up a stick or 2, showing me, then getting a few more- it sure was a way to kill 30 minutes, my sides were sore from all the laughing! He is so loving & a stinker ,too!I bake more now than I have in yrs. & I don't even have the least desire for it- now that is a WOW moment for me. They had their stuffed animals packed- so I surprised them with ---some of theres I had brought home & stored!! How cute to see them so happy to have "striper' "huggy bear" and more! It just melted our hearts. "I had the bestest sleep ever!!" Was what we heard this am. I am feeling the same, just seem to wear out with very little effort. Luckly, Dana, the kids, and Penny have made sure I've rested, had my water, and she's fixing supper tonite! I can't wait to find out WHAT is going on. Dana & Mike are leaving at 8am. to aviod the early traffic, picking up his dad & off to Fla. to get the rest of their things- hopfully back by sat. to move in. Penny said it is in a nice neighborhood, close to the playgrougnd, and about 2/3 BIGGER than they had in Fla. Which was a cracker-box. It is am older complex, but that's ok.It's clean and "home" for a yr. so they can get their feet back on the ground. SHERRI- I COULDN'T ASK FOR A SWEETER FRIEND- HOW SURPRISED I WAS TO GET THE PKG. --THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! Even though you aren't my ANGEL, you are to me!!!! i hope you know how much it means to me . They got Jax enrolled in school- 2nd. grade, starts tomorrow at Forest Park, off Keystone. Penny & I are going to have a "girls"day with Willow, and just "goof" off!!! Might even have to do our nails-Willow loves playing " beauty shop".  Linda- I love tools- too. Matter of fact, when I worked at K-Mart I was in the Auto & sporting Goods Dept.HOPE YOU GET THE HOUSE~ Jen, sounds like you are doing great- keep at it!    ~ ~Mariann~ Can't wait to see you! Annette- I know, doors can really be a bother, & I haven't had PS. Hope you get some help with those- you are doing amazing!
