Avatar wont stop showing my hubbys pic!!!!

I have deleted this thing like a 1000 times... It keeps showing that I am using it. It dont actually give me the option to remove it. I remove the other pic that I really loaded and they both disappear. Then I reload it or any pic and his pic always pops up... Help, I really dont want this pic of his on there... Like i said it dont give the option to delete or remove that pic. I actually deleted the pic off my computer and it still pops up... I am getting so mad!!! Sorry to be the NEW BUG-A-BOO!!!

I messed with this thing and DELETED the pic I wanted. Everytime I delete the one I dont want it deletes the one I want too. I know it sounds stupid.

MEGAN ARE YOU GOING TO THE USER SETTINGS AND DELEATING THE PIC YOUR DONT WANT FROM THERE? THEN YOU CAN UPLOAD THE ONE YOU DO WANT. TRY THAT AND IF IT DOESNT WORK SEND A SHOT OUT TO ANNOYINGLIZARD SHE IS A PRO AT THIS. GOOD LUCK VICKI
