Help with ticker

Can someone who is smarted than me LOL help me set up my profile and ticker.  I just need someone to walk me through it.  Thanks Also Is there anyone from livlite in evansville that would like to became a pen pal buddy for questions and answers to help me get prepared for what I might need before and after surgery.  Thanks Lisa
