KFC???
The refried beans and cheese at Taco Bell would probably be ok. As for KFC, no gravy (WAY too much starch!). Ask if the potatoes are instant. If they are real, then no, don't have them yet either. Go by the sheets that St. V's gave you and you'll be fine.
Remember, no drink with either one.

Pintos-n-cheese was one of my favorites at that stage. Mashed potatoes didn't sit well with me...but maybe that's just me. My other favorite was egg drop soup.

I'm ashamed of what I did for a Klondike bar...
It's a staple at EVERY Chinese restaurant. I don't cook much, so I have a WLS friendly dish that I order from almost every restaurant. My most recent wonderful item was at LePeep's where they let you select what you want in your omelet. I had a fresh spinach, sun-dried tomato, seafood crab meat and white cheddar omelet. It was out of this world.

I always put mine in 2 1oz cups and then aded just a little dollup of sour cream on top. It was delish! I used to even make so much noise over the great flavor that my hubby teased me about it! lol. I went for the real stuff! I am sure our SF Queen (Sherri) would advise you to try to stay with the fat free sour cream :o). Enjoy!
Hugs!
