Insurance ?

Anyone have Sagamore Plus or Trustmark Group Insurance with Sagamore Plus (same insurance)???? and if si have you been approved and if so where were you approved at and if so what were there requirments....I know what they are asking from me but I want to know if there is anything extra they like to throw in there:) I have talked to about five different people from Insurance and I have recieved five different answers...LOL

Sagamore is my secondary. After my primary gave the OK, it was very easy to get Sagamore to do the same. They had the normal criteria. Obesity for >5 yrs, 6 mo doctor supervised weight loss....you know things of that nature. Just be sure you have a letter from your primary care physician supporting you decision for WLS. Good luck. Even if they dont approve the first time around, keep fighting.
