Good Monday Morning!

Good morning all you sleepy-heads out there! LOL!  I've been at work since 5:45 and was the first one here (not unusual). The 2nd person in my lab area just walked in (and he's the shy, quiet type)! Usually, there's a 2nd one (who is a chatty Cathy and funny as all get-out!)  here by 6:30 and the others soon afterwards. So...all this quiet time has made Sherri a sleepy girl! Maybe I'm just going through decaf coffee withdrawals with my buds! LOL! Oh..guess what? I got on the scales and lost 2 lbs over the weekend! Yes, camp-outs are great! I need a month-long camp out with you guys before my plastics I have 4 reports to write. Am I in the mood to sit and be at the computer all day? Nope! Floyd, Brenda, and all of you other desk-bound folk, I do not know how you do it! The lab gets me away from my desk...but I still have reports to do. I'm checking into an environmental monitoring position that will have me all over our end of the plantsite for half of my day. THAT, would be terrific to me! I wish they'd either interview me for the position or let me know it's been filled! It's not camping, but I bet I'd lose a few pounds and gain some leg & butt muscle tone! Good morning, everyone! Well Sherri if you need to get some movement in, I have plenty of boxes and junk that need moved  hehehe.  Actually, I think I've done VERY well considering 90% of everything that has been done I've done myself and while I was taking care of Gwyn. I remember now why I was thinking that we should move BEFORE we had babies.  But I wouldn't have it any other way. I need to go downtown and pick up Gwyn's birth certificate.  I thought they were supposed to mail us one copy for free.  ERNT!  The state is making sure they get their $12 from everyone chunking a baby out.  So I figured I should do it while we're still in town. We pick up the uhaul tonight, I can't believe it.  Then tomorrow Chris and I will pack it up.  I also have to take Joey to the vet for his rabies shot and to get microchipped, and drop off the donation of stuff I have for the FACE  clinic (they have towels and blankets on their wish list, so I am taking them there instead of to the goodwill where all the OTHER stuff is going).  Then I need to get the Jeep ready for us to leave in.  I want to be ON the road no later than 4am.  So tomorrow will be the last day that I can  post until we get there, as I have the cable scheduled to be turned off tomorrow, and everything else on Wednesday. Hopefully if things go well we should be in KC no later than 2pm. 

Morning Everyone,  Well, I am up & getting ready to go to Dr. Inman's & this this darn drain tube out- woopie!!! Dana is going with me, & hopefully she'll release me to drive.I gotta admit, I love the feel of the steering wheel under my fingertips- unless I'm sleepy!! I hope you got some rest after our busy weekend. Oh yeah Sherri, decafing really got to me- but I enjoy those decaf flavored coffees/teas!! That Chocolate Hazelnut tea is my new fav!!!!Brenda & Floyd, did ya do Starbucks?!! It doesn't beat that latte you made at Christmas Brenda!! I can't wait to get on the scales Sherri- hopefully I'll be down a lb. or two!!! Way to go girl-your gonna do great!! Plus- who said you had to lose the flavor of food-hope I didn't "ummmm" myslef too much!! I never knew food TASTES good till I had surgery & learned to chew!! Don't you just love the veggie chips?!!! We have to unpack the camper when we get back- after my nap-hee~hee!!! The clod foods are in & the laundry done. Hopefully we'll get another campout in this Sept.  Darrah, Girl, when you get there tell Chris it's HIS turn- you are wore out!! Holy cow girlie, you are a worker bee!!! I understand though, it takes so much just to move, then to have a sweet little girl to care for-Give Gwen a kiss for me & I admire you!!! Hang in there & remember we are here for you- you've got my cell # & home- so call me!!!  Have a safe trip- I'll be thinking of you !!  Gotta get going so have a great day everyone! (((hugs))) Ellen
