New Hair!

Hi everyone...I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!  I know I sure did.  My family and I went up to the Detroit area to see the rest my family.  While I was there I did a lot of things that I was nervous about...not the least of which was cutting my hair. (I took a pic and made it my avatar.)   It has made a huge impact on the way that I see myself.  I don't know if it's going to help the hairloss but, I sure as hell feel a lot better about it!  I have not felt this good about how I look for a VERY long time.   So here's to being fearless and doing something for ourselves!    HUGS!

Andrea, The new hair cut looks great on you .  I know what you mean when you said you feel alot better when you get your hair cut.  I did felt the same way when I got mine cut the way it is now.  I didnt see the weight loss in my face until I had my hair cut.  Its a great feeling to go through,  Keep up the good work.

I like it!!!  Shed that old life hair!!!!! I went from shoulder length dark hair to short blonde--shorter thatn my avatar.  Guess I need to update!!   One night, you need to come into Bloomington for some shopping so we can meet for dinner.  I work at Baxter. 

That sounds like Great fun Melanie!!  Just let me know when a good time for you, we'll set something up.  It will be nice to have some "girl" time again!

Julie, Thanks so much.  We're doing wonderfully, thanks for asking!  I hope that you are having a great week!!  The weather has been so wonderful, I almost don't miss Phoenix this week!  It's been fun having some rain to play in with my lil girl.  She thinks puddles are the greatest things on Earth!  Now whenever there's a cloud in the sky, (even the cute little white puffy ones) she asks if it's gonna rain and will be puddles for jumping! hahaha  And I thought she would be sad to see the sun go...boy was I wrong!
