Ellen thank you for the prayers . and jessyca  i know how to make the ticker but i dont know how to make a signiture so that as i post it shows up. i know a lot about pcs but this just stumped me big time. lol oh well i am a blonde vicki

Ok... first thing you need to have two web browsers open to make this easier, one at obesity help and the other on your ticker. when you're in the forum and you see the listing of places to go on the left hand side under the heading "obesity help Indiana" it says Welcome, Jessdoll911

Click on User settings and it will take you to a page that lets you change your avater and then if you go down a little further you can see signature... type what you want it to say before your ticker and then move the cursor down below. On the web page that has the ticker put the cursor over the picture of the ticker (we're not copying and pasting any code the html inscriptor on this page won't read it) and right click on the mouse, when the menu pops up that has undo and all that malarkey go down to where it says copy and click it... then go back to the obesity help page and under the stuff that you typed in right click next to the cursor with the mouse and go down to paste and click .... this should paste the picture of the ticker there... if not let me know and I will call you later around 1 or so before i go to my open house and get back from the pool...
