Really confused

Ok.  I have been having symptoms in my legs that are not normal.  So about a month ago I went to my PCP, he thought maybe I had a blood clot, so he sent me immediately to the hospital for a doppler test.  It came back negative.  That's a good thing.  Well I went back for the same symptoms because my surgeons nurse said it sounded like I had cellulitis, he checks me does an xray and now says it looks like I have a stress fracture, so I went today to have a bone scan and no mention of the cellulitis.  So now I have to wait a couple more days to find out the results.  I am just confused about the cellulitis since it was never mentioned again..

OK, I'm confused because I can't see how there is any connection in a stress fracture and cellulitis. What part of the leg is involved and what kind of symptoms are involved? (if you don't mind me asking that is)
