Good friend joining the loosing team soon

I have a very good friend that will be joining the loosing team with us very soon. Her surgery date is June 5th. She lurks on here now and and I told her that everyone on here is a great bunch of people and can help and support in any needs that she will need or go through. Her name is Theresa I hope she becomes a member soon. I am sure when she reads this she will join then.....lol (gotcha now Theresa....lol). Yes, I am very new to all of this.  I have been lurking about for the past couple of weeks and have found out so much helpful information about what I will be going through.  For those that are reading this,  my name is Theresa and I will be having my surgery on June 5th.  I was very surprised at how fast everything has been going for me.  Bonnie has been such a great help to me as well. She has kept me in line  when I was worrying about getting the insurance approval and all of the other things that I have been worried about.  Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks!

Hi Theresa,  Welcome to the family!   We are a bunch of "been there done it all " folks who are grateful to be living a healthy lifestyle, and have found wonderful friends and support here. I hope you will post often, ask whatever questions you have, and come to our gatherings. We are so glad you are here, and I am glad Bonnie helped you stop lurking-she's such a great gal.  Good luck on your surgery the 5th, I'll be praying for your speedy recovery!!
