Ok, so since I was well over 400 pounds 6 months ago, I would have never even attempted to go to Kings Island, and ride all the rides, and then some. Let alone walk the 3 miles we put on our shoes. Well, yesterday, almost 6 months after surgery, I went and let me tell you what. It was a day full of wow's. I was amazed that I fit on every single roller coaster there. EVERY ONE!!!! I didnt have to squish my tummy to get harnesses over me, i didnt have to "suck it in" to get the seatbelts on, and most of all, and the happiest for me of all is that my "bad" foot, (19 foot surgerys, born club footed, horrible pain), didnt bother me once!!! It got a little tired, but thats normal. Everyones feet were tired, and it wasnt just me complaining this time. Cant wait to go back, whos up for a "Hoosier Loser" trip to the Kings Island?!?!? I AM!! COUNT ME IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just thought I would share. S.

Oh, I just had to say congratulations Scott! I LOVE roller coasters, probably just about more than anything there is, and I hate being mostly too big for them. I'm always paranoid I'm not going to fit, and once DH and I rode one and by the time it ended the seatbelt had popped off of us and was flapping in the breeze! Thank God there was a bar too or we would've fallen out!! LOL. I remember not that long ago going to Cedar Point, literally riding one coaster, putting the kids on a couple kiddy rides and going home. It sucked. I can't wait for my next trip to a par****ep wondering if I will maybe not be sweating like a dang pig the whole time too, but I guess that might depend on when we go... I'm so glad you had such a good time. Kim

Congratulations Scott!  I'm going to try my first roller coaster (post-op) this summer.  I always loved them, but had to give them up because it was just to embarassing and uncomfortable.  But I am really looking forward to riding with my son this summer! Cindy
