I just want you to know how beautiful your new picture looks and that I am so glad you are ready to change it. I know it doesn't change who you are, but how you look so thin and healthy!!! I love to see all the changes in everyone. that is one of the best things about this site is seeing us all go threw so much change both good and bad together!!! Blessings, Carmen

Thank you very much for all the kind words Ellen. I think my family is torn between feeling proud of me and annoyed at me for constantly talking to them about eating healthier! My son literallly begged me for McDonalds or KFC a couple of weeks ago. But they are all very good about trying out my new recipes and sugar free alternatives...speaking of which, I found a really good SF marshmallow on bariatriceating.com. We are going to Whitewater State Park to stay in a cabin down there the 1st full week of June and I wanted a healthier alternative for roasting marshmallows over the fire. Cindy, I haven't tried roasting the sf marshmallows...have you? I use them in my sf hot chocolate. yummmm!!! Sherri

Hi Sherri, Yes, I had to put them to the roasting test! They don't puff up like the regular marshmallows do, but the toast just fine and melt in the middle just like you would want them to. I ordered 5 bags to take down the Whitewater so the kids and I will be able to roast a few each night. Even my husband gets into it when sitting by a campfire. I tried them in my hot chocolate the Saturday morning (it was a little cool in the house that morning!) and you're right, that was yummy. I really enjoyed getting together with all of you Saturday evening. Thanks for organizing that. Cindy

Wow what a difference. The short hair just makes you look awsome ( not that you wasnt before) I find that a hair cut no matter how much or little always makes me feel new again. I cant wait to be where most are now. Thin healthy and sexy. Have a blessed day all vicki

Thanks Vicki. Be sure to take your measurements and pictures about once a month, because it will sneak up on you and you might not notice all the changes in the mirror. But as the saying goes: a picture is work a thousand words! And even though it isn't part of the saying: measurements don't lie! Cindy

Now that I think about it I have to do that this weekend. I will be 4 weeks out Monday . Guess I better get with it huh. Lordy I still dont like my pic taken but I am sure that will change... Thanks cindy vicki
