Good or Bad????

Ok so I posted about a week ago that my approval from my insurance was in its last stages on that monday...when I called thursday they told me that they had sent out a letter on th 3RD.. the 3rd? Why didnt they tell me that when I called on Monday????erg.. anyways so they said everything is PERFECT with me and my information but they need a letter showing what all the bariatric center does per excersise and nutrition prior and after the surgery. They said it has nothing to do with me its just for verification of what the insurance is going to pay for...so does that mean that I am basically approved? Insurance companies are so difficult to uderstand.They sis give me a definite "answer" within 15 business days so I guess I will just have to wait it out hmm I am so confused..do I get my hopes up and look forward to having the surgery or do I still lay low and expect the worst My hubby keeps telling me that I AM GOING TO HAVE THE SURGERY and to not even think of the possibilty of it not happening...Karma WhenI talked to the Center they did tell me if everything goes A O K I will be looking at an end of June to Mid July surgery Keep ur fingers crossed 4 me and take care!
