happy wednesday

Thanks all for the ideas and feedback. I tried a different shake at Cutting edge and it was nauseating. I have the GNC but I am so afraid to even go there. I will see about the shake a whey. And I and going to try to sleep well tonight and late into the morning to be ready to drive tomorrow. Glad I am not the only one to drive soon after surgery- my mom would have a fit is she knew.
