1 Year Anniversary

I just wanted to tell everyone here that today I had my 1 year anniversary check up with Dr. Clark. I started at 225, my goal was 145 and I am now at 143. If someone would have asked me a year ago if I ever thought that I would get this far I would have told them no. I can't believe the change I have gone through this past year and I am so grateful to this board for all of your help and encouragement. You have all been a great inspiratiion to me and others and you all just keep on going. I just want to say thank you for answering questions for me when I was going through all of my problems. You are one awesome group. I don't know I just can't get over from where I was at just a year ago and where I am at now. It has been an awesome ride and I would do it all over again and again and again if I had to. Thank you all so much. You are all
