Good morning all. Just wanted to say happy Monday and hope that everyone has a blessed day. I go back to work today so I wont be posting till the evening. I feel great going back to work 50 pounds gone. well its off to work I go , vicki

Wow Vicki! 50 pounds is awesome! It took me two months to lose that much. Good luck back at work. My first week back, I mostly did half days, because I got tired, but I only took two weeks off after surgery. I hope your day goes well. Linda Vicory

Good Morning! Vicki, you are doing an amazing job on your journey, 50 lbs. already, you go girl! I hope everyone is doing well and had a great Mothers Day! I had a good day, didn't get to do much but I enjoyed the day with my son, hubby had to work! I am up today and feeling pretty good. Still had a little pain trying to get up out of the bed on my own, but I made it! Hubby had to be at work at 6 and son went to school. Had things laid out and ready for me to use as needed, BUT forgot about the getting up out of the bed. I made it though. Here I sit at the computer! Hope everyone has a great day! Hugz Dawn

Thank you everone pamala the card was wonderfull ty dawn I hope you keep doing so well and I look forward to seeing you at the next exchange if not sooner. Although I cant see it others have said they see a change already in me. My dad told me he was proud of me that made my mothers day. Didnt do much went to see my grandmother took her some potted flowers , and then home to dinner with jim. I made him beef and noodles and I had bean soup wasnt bad but I really wanted cornbread with it but that will have to be much later. Being back at work is great but I am getting a little tired so its to bed early tonight . They have been great about letting me get up and walk around plus I have lunch time I made it all the way around our building and still wasnt late from lunch ( we only have 30 minutes) have a blessed day everyone vicki

I hope the day at work went well Vicki... ANd wow on the 50 lbs gone... that's incredible.. I've been stuck at 44 lbs gone for about a week... but i figured there would be a time soon where my body would stop and everything would start trying ot catch up... Hope all went well Jessyca
