Sunday: Happy Mother's Day

Hello, I hope all the mothers are having a great day. I have so far. I got up early and went to breakfast with my family and in-laws at the Golden Corral. (By the way, for any other people in the Terre Haute area, our Golden Corral does honor WLS discount cards!) Then I went to my horseback riding lesson for an hour. During that time, my husband went and bought flowers for me, and some extra. We took those to the cemetary for his grandmother, and our daughter. My husband got me a new dress. Size 16 and it fits!!! My son got me a necklace, and my daughter gave me kisses. What more can you ask for? On a happy note, I thought for sure the necklace wouldn't fit, the chain looked too small, but it did fit! Whee. Linda, I'm glad you had a good Mother's Day! We got up, had coffee (decaf ), went out for breakfast. Then we went to the house for awhile, then to the Super Wal-Mart. At Wally-world, got Myranda's birthday presents (our granddaughter, she'll be 3 tomorrow) and all the grandkids a swingset, plus me a couple of seed/pot kits (one is strawberries, the other herbs). Went back to our house to bring the stuff that goes there. Then went to kids to put box with swingset in the garage over there (till we go & put it together). Got to visit with the grandbabies (and got my lap soaked by a wet diaper!! ). Then went back to house so I could change clothes!! Then out to eat for dinner...chinese buffet..yum crab legs!! Then...to Wal-Mart Neighborhood store for a few food things (skim milk, fruit). Then back home. I just got done wrapping presents, putting together my seed/pot kits, and cutting up cataloupe. Whew! I feel like it was a very busy day!! Time for a then ! Hope everyone else had a Mom's Day! Sherri
