I hate protein :(
I am a little concerned and was just wondering if I should be. I am doing well with the weight loss. I am 10 weeks out of surgery and have lost 94 pounds I am wearing a 3x tshirt where at Christmas I was wearing 5-6x shirts. I walk, get plenty of fluids, meds I go to the gym every day we do 1 hour of cardio, 1 hour of pilates and finish with another hour of cardio. my shoulders and arms are killing me but aside from that i feel great. my problem I hate proteins!!!!! I still cant do milk proteins because of the ulcer, eggs taste awful, fish taste awful, I am in a rut I have either chicken salad, or a seafood type salad for every meal to get in my protein. chicken, turkey, pork, meat all lay in my stomach like a 50 pound weight and leave me miserable for hours on end. I like fruit and veggies,****ep robbing my dads garden for lettuce,& radishes) I am perfectly happy with salad of lettuce, radishes, zuccinni, mushrooms and strawberries at every meal but I have to force the protein down first. any one have any suggestions?
thanks
I have gotten tired of milk and protein bars. My current protein of choice is Isopure from GNC. It has 50g of protein in 12 ounces. I drink half in the am and half in the afternoon. It's not cheap, but the strawberry tastes pretty good, and the good thing about GNC, is if you don't like how it tastes, you can return it.

Kathy- The Profect and New Whey protein bullets were the way to go for me, and still are sometimes. They have 25 and 42 grams of protein respectively in a 3 oz "shot". I buy the Fruit Punch flavored New Whey 42 g and mix it into a bottle of water with a packet of SF fruit punch powder and it is EXTREMELY pallatable... and you get 16 oz of water with it.
AND CONGRATLULATIONS on getting ready to enter the Century Club! YEAH!!!
