I'm still kicking!!

Hi everyone! I made it through surgery, chatted with Peggy in the halls and am at home now. I was hurting this AM quite a bit, and I suspect it is the drain tube. I hopefully will get that out on Tuesday. Other than that, I feel pretty good. I just had some breakfast and went for my walk. And I was able to finally get in the shower this AM. I'm struggling so far today with my fluids, but am working on it. My throat feels a little scratchy... not sure what's up with that. Thanks for thinking of me everyone! Kim

Kim I am glad you are home . Yeah the drain tube is a bit of a pain in the butt as far as the water intake you will get there just remember sip . I found that the colder the water the better but everyone is different. You will feel so much better when the tube comes out . Its like a whole new you .Lol. Just rest and sip an walk and in no time you will feel like a million bucks. Vicki
