I got Luigi's Real Italian Ice- no sugar added and they are really good. Just the right size for a snack. The cool texture is satisfying. You just let it melt a little bit, not much and take your baby spoon and dig in. Small bites just make it that much tastier. 60 calories per cup fat free dairy free sugar 1g sodium 10 mg carbs 20 g The only confusing thing is it said serving size is 1 cup (4 fl. oz) - servings per container 3 There are six 4 fl. oz. cups in the box. So are they saying each cup should be 3 servings? Can't be since they say a serving is 4 oz. But I wonder why is says there are only 3? I don't care it's still an awesome dessert. bummer is 0 protein. But still for a snack. yummy.

I love those so much! I only wish they would make the mango flavored ones sugar free too!

Yes they are saying each cup has 3 servings in it. So if u eat the entire container u will end up with 60 carbs....way to much.... and 3 whole grams of sugar.... U have to be really careful and read labels carefully.

Where is the nutrition label located? On the box or on the individual containers? Also, does it say that the serving size is '1 cup' or '1 desert cup'? I ask this because 1 cup equal 8 fluid ounces, not 4 ounces. If the label is on the outside of the box, it would make more sence since there are six 4 oz packages inside each box. If 1 serving equals 1 cup (and 1 cup equals 8 ounces, not 4), then each serving would equal 2 of the 4 oz packages and there would be three 'servings' per box. With it being no sugar added flavored ice, that would be my guess. 30 calories for 4 oz would be about right (a sugar-free Twin-popcycle is ~3 ounces and about 30 calories). The good thing is that the ounces count toward your liquids for the day! Do be careful when choosing treats like this. The 'no sugar added' can fool you. It doesn't mean there isn't sugar, it's just that it only contains the sugar that nature put in it already. For the ice, you're fine (1 g of sugar is terrific!) but there are many, many ice creams out there that state 'no sugar added' and when you look at the label, the calories are ~200 for 1/4 cup, ~10-15 g of sugar, and 10 g of fat! Not the way I want to blow 1/6 th of my daily allottment fo calories! It takes me about 4 times as long to grocery shop now than what it did pre-op because I check all the labels (of any new items) before they make it to my shopping cart. I appreciate your letting us know about these. I'll check them out the next time I go to the store. Happy label reading!! Sherri
