today i had my first dr appointment since my surgery and I have gone from 279 to 253 in 12 days!!!!!!! I am so excited!!!! my BMI went from 48 to 41.2 .... that is such a WOW moment for me....

Congrats Mendi, You are doing amazing. Im proud of you. I hope u are feeling better. Im sorry I missed your call this evening but Andy and I were both out working in the yard. I planted flowers and Andy was power washing the deck and fence. We didnt get far on that will have to work on it some more this week. We have alot of fence. Vicki, I was great seeing you sat...U are doing great as well. Im so glad Ive got to know you both. Pamela
