Hey all! It was so good to see so many people at the exchange this weekend. I had a really good time. My daughter Maggie did too. She didn't want to leave the 'party'! Dawn - Thanks for sending me your address. I really appreciated the kids watching Maggie for me. Let me know when you get my envelope in the mail, okay? Yesterday, I had my horseback riding lesson. I am working on posting at a trot. Boy, a trotting horse can really shake you up! I am kind of sore today, but I had a good time, so it was worth it. I have been going back and forth with the same two pounds for about 2 weeks now. It's getting frustrating. Anyone have any advice? I really want to get into 'one-derland', and it's so close. I know, protein, exercise, water. The basics. I'll keep trying. Have a great day, all! Linda Vicory

Happy Monday! Linda I like your new pic! Horseback riding is so much fun, I don't get to go very often (once or twice a yr maybe) you do get sore afterward. The more you ride the less sore (like exercising). After your lessons are you gonna ride frequently? There are a couple of riding stable is my area, but you have to have your own horse boarded there?? Doesn't make sense to me, what's the point of advertising a riding stable for your own horse? I don't own a horse, but we did have a miniature horse in our petting zoo on the campground last 2 yrs (rented it from an amish farmer). This yr we won't because the goat we rent came with triplets. The kids love to feed the goats all summer. Well, today my dh and I are off to a business trip in Buckeye Lake Ohio. If I can, I will check the boards (depends on how good the wireless internet is there). Otherwise 'see' you all at the end of the week. Take care all, Hope

I don't know if I will get my own horse. It's pretty expensive to board them, and we live in the city, so it's not an option to not board. I will have to see how it goes. My son is starting lessons in May. I hope he enjoys it as much as I do! Linda Vicory

Good morning all! Good morning Linda! I would go on a stall every single time I got close to a major goal. Onederland is one of them! Just relax, contnue doing what you're suppose to do, and it WILL happen! Along with PEW, remember to get 6-8 hr of sleep a night. I have found that on nights that I don't sleep well (like last night), it is REALLY noticeable on the scales the next day! Hope you all are having a terrific day! Sherri
