Chicken Club Ring.... Jan this is the recipe you wanted.
1 C mayonnaise *Helmans
2 T dijon mustard
2 T fresh parsley, snipped
1 T onion, finely chopped
1 can 10 oz chunk white chicken drained and flaked
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and chopped
1 cup finely shredded Swiss Cheese
2 pks refrigerated crescent rolls
2 plum tomatoes thinly sliced
1 med red bell pepper
2 cups shredded lettuce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, parsley and onion, mix well. In another bowl Combine chicken, bacon 2/3 c of the cheese and 1/2 c of the mayonnaise mixture and mix well. Unroll crescent dough; separate into 16 triangles in a circle on a stone or round pizza pan with wide ends of the triangles overlapping in the center and the points toward the outside. There should be a 4 inch diameter opening in the center of the stone or pan. Scoop chicken mixture evenly onto the widest end of each triangle. Bring outside points of the triangles up over the filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center of ring. Filing will not be completely covered. Slice tomatoes and cut slices in half. Place ine tomato half over the filling that is not covered. Bake for 20-25 min or until deep golden brown. Remove from oven ; immediately sprinkle with remaining 1/4 c of cheese
Remove top and seed of bell pepper you may have to trim the bottom a little so it will stand up. Place the remaining mayo mixture in the bell pepper and place it in the center of the ring along with the shredded lettuce bed around the pepper.
Eat and enjoy.

Pamela,
This sounds wonderful! Thanks for sharing! Was it at the exchange, if so I missed it! I missed alot down stairs though! Thats a good thing calorie wise though! But I sure could of socialized some more! Maybe next time! The candle company sound snice! How expensive are they? I am interested, would like to go next weekend, however I am not sure, my finances are very tight with getting ready to be off of work, candle buying might not be needed at this time, but I would enjoy it! Maybe if someone else is going I could tag along and by something small! Some of those scents sound so good- Mocha evening, snickerdoodle, cinnamon, UUUMMMM sounds yummy and i am sure would make my house be more pleasant too!
Thanks again for sharing!
Hope your back is better soon! hugz dawn
No Dawn I didnt make this for the exchange because of the cresents...I didnt think they were to wls friendly. The chicken salad itself would have been fine. This is something I got about 10 yrs ago at my first pampered chef party. I fix it all the time for my husband. I was just talking about it with Jan at the exchange and told her I would give the recipe to her. Andy loves it and I make it about once a week. Im sure it will get old soon. I just love any excuse to use my baking stone.
The candles are very innexpensive. They have small ones (votive)for less than a dollar and even the huge(3 wick) ones I think are less than twenty. They have 2 scents every month that u can get 25 percent off on, no matter what size u get. This coming weekend is their spring open house and they will have all kinds of specials. You can always come and check out the place...dont have to buy. The other special they have all the time is for every 5 of something u buy u get the 6th one free. So 5 candles of any one size can be different scents or the same.....I buy 6 votives alot and only pay for 5.
