Still Cannot Fing Mint Chocolate Citrical

Vicki we arent allowed to have viative. I should say at least pts at St. V's. Its the wrong form of Ca. I bought several huge things of Viactive just before my surgery and by my surgery day they told me they info and studies had changed and no longer was that approved for bariatric patients. I hope u didnt buy any...I have a few hundred I could have given u...Think I will give them to my mom in the morning to get them out of the house before they expire

Ok I just have to put this out there! Have you all seen how many calories are in just one of the candy calcium's? I was taking only three a day per Dr. order, and that was way to many extra calories!!! Each chew has 20 cals. and 1 gram of fat! (in your vitamin) I would rather eat some food. Every calorie is a calorie, so I try to make them all count! Or at least I did when I was still working on loosing!!!! Just my thoughts! Blessings, Carmen

hey if i can eat cheese and get the extra i need without adding to many colories then i am all for it. i want lose as much as i can and exercise and get it going. i dont want to think about adding anything i dont need ..lol vicki

No ya still need a supliment, but try to find a low cal/carb ff one.

nope i didnt buy any and heck he didnt tell me but thanks for the heads up. . i have just got a few of them i got the clatrate(sp) the kind on my many lists. and found them on sale .. so i got one in chocolate and one in carmel. i have a half day at work tomorrow then off for surgery and me time vicki

Well, I thank you all for your replies but I went to the actual Citrical website to see if I can order them there directly, I found that they don't appear to make the mint chocolate ones anymore!!!! Only lemon, caramel, and chocolate. I am going out today and will see if I can find some of the Tums-like ones. I did look at those, but did not see any that were calcium citrate! My search continues... Belle
