I'm absolutely estatic!

I just had my 4 month checkup today. My official loss total is now 83 pounds! My scale this morning said I had lost 85. I feel so much better with this amount off. I can't imagine how I will feel as the pounds continue to come off. I have been released to star****er aerobics. So far this has been a truly amazing journey. Thanks for all the encouragement you all have given me. I am looking forward to seeing many of you at the clothing exchange. Karen

Karen- That is so wonderful! And, I am thrilled to hear that you are going to the clothing exchange - I plan to go also. I had planned to contact you to see if you wanted to ride down together, but as it turned out I need to be in Indy Friday afternoon for a meeting so I think I will just spend the night there. (I would be willing to share the room with you if you wanted to come down Friday night as well.......) Sorry, I missed the last Ft Wayne support group - I was just returning from a trip to Missouri and didn't realize what day it was until about 7:15 that night.
