time flys

well its 7 1/2 days till i am on the other side.i have stopped the sodas all together now and drinking nothing but decafe tea and water lots of water. i feel like i spend all my waking time on the potty.i thought the closer it gets the more nervous i would get but i am not. i know in my heart that everything will be fine. so i am not writting notes to family but i am having a family cook out the saturday before so i can spend some good time with my girls and my grandson. i hope to get a bunch of pictures to post of my family on here. i think the closer it gets the more nervous jim actually gets . he has been a tad bit jumpy lately i dont know if it is nerves or stress of getting things done. i am going to load the site on his pc this week and show him how to post so that he can come home the day of surgery and post the fact that i am just fine. . i have to be at the hospital at 10:30ish monday the 23rd of april. at St V's i will have a little time that day to post and do some reading. if i am not here much this week it is because i am working a lot and getting things done around the house. i dont want to have to worry about it when i get home from the hospital and i know me no matter how bad i feel if i see something that needs to be done i will wear my self out to get it done. well i hope everyone has had a good weekend. pam i hope andy got the water heater in , mindi i wish i could have went today but am glad you had a good time . i will have to get out that way to get a good smelling candle as well. carmen i hope to see you one more time before you leave. have a blessed night everyone and a better tomorrow GOD SPEED love to all vicki

Hey Vicki, Your date is fast approaching as well. Sounds like your week is chock full. Enjoy the weekend with your family. I have NUT class and pre-ops this week so a total of 10 hr of driving to Carmel. Can't say I am looking forward to that part but another week will soon be gone. Take care. Peg

Yes Vicki, My tight wad husband finally spent the big bucks on american made products instead of the crap shipped here from china and its finally working....I had a hot shower at 4 am this morning for the first time in 3 days. I was tired of heating up ho****er in the microwave....lol The poor guy worked his a$$ off on that thing...it wasnt really his fault...he just had to find a parts store that carried american made products and that was next to impossible. The quality assurance on those other ones just isnt any good. I try to buy american made as much as possible. Im so excited your time is getting so near. I hope u had a great weekend and I look forward to going candle shopping with u too!!!

You are so right about the time going so quickly. I had hopes of getting so much accopmlished before the 23rd and I did not get any of it done. It is so nice knowing somone else joining me on the losing end. I have to be at the hospital at 5:30 A.M. so I should be in recovery by the time you arrive. I will be a Whishard. The 2 days before I have so much to do . I am having a cook out with kids on Saturday then Sunday I am spending with my dad going shopping for flowers for my grandmothers flower pots I do for her every year . I can do those post op sitting down ..Lol vicki
