Carmen!! Questions for you
Hello,
So, where did you get the pumpkin seed cheese crackers and soy nut butter. I've been craving them since trying them at your house. Also, what was the recipe for those cookies again
(sorry guys, not sugar free, but my kids will love them all the same-----they are both skinny and in slim cut jeans).
Thank you,
Tania

Tania-
I get the soy nut butter at any store in the health food section and the crackers I get at target in the deli section (near the special breads) or on-line at Amazon.
I love to make these cookies, because they are so easy, and can be made in so many flavors!!!
1 boxed cake mix
2 med. Eggs
½ cup oil
1 cup of chips or candies
Mix until it forms a ball.
Roll with hands into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350* for about 11-13 min.
These are very soft cookies and need to rest a few minutes on the sheet until they set up them put them on a wire rac****il they are cool. I put them in an air tight container and they stay soft. I also freeze them and they stay soft.
My kids love yellow cake mix with butterscotch chips, and chocolate cake mix with peanut butter chips or heath! It's fun to let them make up new combos!!
You can use this for us too
Sugar free cake mix
Egg beaters
Applesauce (SF)
And of course sf candies or chips
Enjoy,
Carmen
