Wed Morning

Hello Hoosiers I cant wait to get off of work this morning. I had a long but fun day yesterday in Indy with Carmen and my Husband. I didnt get much sleep so tonight Im kinda dragging. I just got done paying all my bills online since today is Payday here at work. Got to love that everyother Wed when u are a state employee...lol Well today is Debs big surgery day. I hope all is going well for her. If shes still in on Fri I will stop in and visit her before my apt with Dr. C. Im looking forward to my 9 months pics and wt in...who would have thought a yr ago I would enjoy getting weighted in at a Drs office.....NOT ME. I went to Meijer tonight on my break becouse Im fixing a new recipe tonight for Andy and the girls here at work, plus I had to do something to stay awake. I hope you all have a great day!!! Well it is one week from today and it will be my big day!!! I am so excited.... I really wish I would have taken a week off before my surgery to get myself prepared for the surgery..... i hear ya there mindi but i have been getting things done and ready this week so that on the wekkend before mine i can just rest and visit with my kids and grandbaby . i think jim and i are going to the movies for some us time. days like this just makes me want to stay in bed and sleep. cool & rainy. well i guess i better get my pc logged in for work and get settled. i hope everyone has a wonderful day and may the rain drops miss you by a mile.. vicki

I love every other Wednesday too, except I'm on the other payroll, so I'll be loving things next Wednesday! Mindi- I hope your surgery goes well next week. I'll be you are excited. I know I was around that time before mine in November. Today is a nasty, rainy day in Terre Haute. I hope it clears up some. Atleast it's not as cold though. I picked up my new contacts last night. I figure if I can't afford to get my lasik done right now, I can atleast get the insurance to pay for the contact lenses. I have a friend who's lost some weight, and she is donating some smaller sized clothes to our exchange. I'm going to bring them. Linda Vicory

We are on the same payroll date.. Next wed my life gets reved up again... April 26th is my 2 year anniversary from WLS.. honestly.. I just had a major blood test from my PCP including all the vitamins.. so i dont know if I will go until after tax season has worn off... Linda

What a wet morning! Im now wondering why i bothered to mop my kitchen floor yesterday- the doggies have it all muddied up again, but they cant help that its raining I suppose. Gwyn had another blood test drawn yesterday, and her bilirubin counts are on their way back down after a brief relapse of them going up. She's alos starting to chunk up, which is a good thing. She was 7 lb 3 oz when I had her last Monday, and at the dr on Friday she had dropped to 6 lb 7 oz. Yesterday she weighed in at 6 lbs 14 oz, so we're getting there. I love rainy days like this. hubby will be home soon, and then the three of us will snuggle up for a few minutes, and then Gwyn will get fed, changed, and a nap. You cant beat family snuggle time. Everyone stay dry! How's Bill doing by the way, anyone heard anything?
