I remember St. Vincent's offering a cookbook at the pre-op class. I didn't purchase one, but they did have them available. Linda Vicory

I bought the one at St Vs and then never touched it. I ended up buying the profect and it comes in several flavors... so I got all my protein in that way. For food I stuck with cream of wheat, oatmeal, sf apple sauce, cottage cheese and refried beans those first few weeks and a little sf pudding. I did stay away from the mashed potatoes except one meal in the hospital and they sucked...lol if u email me your email I will send u some sf recipes I have online. My email is [email protected] Most of them I found online or other wonderful ppl in here have sent them to me. Mariah
