Prayers & positive thoughts needed...

If you're able I would love some prayers or positive thoughts for my mom. She called me yesterday and they think she may have MS. I don't know a whole lot about it, but she's very sad and upset, obviously. They think there is a possibility it could be Lupus, but they are thinking it is most likely the MS. She has to go next week for a spinal tap. And to make it all worse, my dad has been unemployed for over a year (maybe over two now??) and my mom works in a grocery store that is being put up for sale very soon. If the store sells, it is very likely my mom will be laid off and of course, then without insurance. I guess she can get the COBRA, which she had to do for a while after her hip replacement a few years ago, but of course, that is very pricey and there will be no income for them. She lives so far away from me (about an 8 hour drive) that I can't really be there to help or give support like I'd like to either. And I'm an only child, so nobody else can really do it in my absence. Well, except my dad, of course. :0) I have a very strained faith anymore, and though I will do it, I always feel like such a hypocrite when I try to pray for people. So if you're of that persuasion and are willing, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks so much everyone, Kim
