We got our house today

Soooooo very happy for you, however I must say I hate that your'e leaving Richmond. I hope you got a great deal it is totally a buyers market. My husband and I have 9 rentals and I love, love love, redecorating them it is amazing the difference with just a couple thousand dollars. We bought a house for $55,000 on So 14th 800 block. We painted the inside and out , I put in a ceramic backsplash in the in the kitchen. New vanity in the bathroom with new lighting. Also put some recessessed lighting in the kitchen. All toghther we spent about $4,000. I had a realtor friend of mine come over and she said she would list it for $76,000. Not bad, eh? Hey, countdown..............38 hrs from surgery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ellen its not the big blue house in Lewisville but it is the tri level that is in Carthage near Knightstown. QVC ladies...once Andy gets the family room done and his new big screen Tv delivered I will have to have a QVC party....u can all come over for tea, coffee or protein and we can watch and spend money....lol Again thank u all for the sweet comments and I'll be sure and have u all over this summer, after we get it all fixed up and if anyone has nothing to do this spring and u want to spend a few hrs painting we can always have a painting party....lol Talk to u all soon and see u ladies on Sat
