Newto the board/Aetna insurance issue/self pay?

Lynn, Just wanted to drop in and let you know I am rooting for you. My approval was very short and smooth and at times I feel kind of guilty because I know there are many out there like you who have to fight to make this happen. I just want to encourage you though to keep fighting. In regards to the sleep apnea. Did your family complain of your snoring, did you feel like you were in a fog during the day, headaches upon awakening, etc. for a long time prior to the diagnosis? Perhaps if that was documented in your medical paperwork somewhere that would help support the fact that the sleep apnea was present for some time prior to actual clinical diagnosis. Just a thought. I would definitely encourage you to exhaust every appeal possible before looking at self pay. Hang in there!! Peg
