It's opening day tomorrow at the campground! We're opening 2 days early because the first is on a Sunday. I've been insanely busy trying to get the store in order this last week , still have a bit to go so hopefully it will be all done tomorrow. Fortunately there are no reservations for the weekend, so I know it won't be a busy one as far as campers go. I will be checking the board daily, and hopefully will have some time to post occasionally. I'd like to keep up with all my new friends. Any ideas on the campout? Let me know, soon, so I can put a bunch of sites to the side, we fill up fast. Memorial day weekend is just about full aready! I do check my e-mails multiple times while at work, so feel free to drop me a note if it looks like I've fallen off the planet Good news, all this working and drinking water, I've lost 3 lbs this past week! Hope

We've got Kabins, but maybe by July/August we will have our Lodges up and running. The lodges sleep 6-8 and have a bathroom and kitchen in them, so costs could be really cut if y'all shared a lodge. I'll keep you posted on the lodges, and pick 3 dates to choose from and post them in the next 3 weeks. Blessings to my new Hoosier friends! Hope

Hope, I thought I saw someone post (Ellen maybe...?) a suggestion of the last of July/beginning of August. As long as we know ahead of time, we're game. We would need a pull-through (me, being new at this RV'ing thing ). Our RV is only 27' but I haven't mastered it quite yet. Although we're self contained, would also prefer 30 amp electrical, water, and sewer hook-ups. We have satalite, but if you have cable hook-up, that'd be one less thing Bill would have to mess with. We would be driving up either Friday evening or Saturday morning (most likely) and heading home last Sunday afternoon. Is there a pavillion or something that we could use as a central location for us all to get together? Could you post the URL to it for us? Thanks again for pulling this together for us! Sherri

Wishing you the best for a busy (and profitable) season. Hope you got to enjoy all your little vacations this winter. I didn't see a post from you after your last trip (to Florida I think it was) Did you manage to make the trip without getting sick this time? Hope your doc had it right and it was allergy related. My daughter never had allergies until she moved to NC. It is a change in the pollens and dust that you aren't accustomed to. Once she lived down there 6 years they didn't bother her. She's moved back her now and is getting Indiana allergies now. Go figure. It would be fun to have OH campout. We don't have a camper yet but we are looking at small motorhomes. Someday......

My Florida trip was with out illness! It seems the Doc was right, and the change in my allergy meds made all the difference! Apparently all the 'hidden' allergies when you are a kid come out of the closet as you get older and travel to different places. Each area has it's own allergens that cause people to react. My allergies were worse in Montana (Cedar Tree Polen) than they were in Mass with all it's pollution. I've had very little trouble in Indiana, in fact I'm off all my inhalers here. That could be why your daughter is having issues now that she didn't have before. My medical wisdom for the day Everyone have a great day! Hope
