ONE-DERLAND!!!

I have been really struggling with my weight loss for about a month now. Not to mention life in general has been pretty hectic. But I just had to share this with my "family!" I have been bouncing around 205 to 201 for over a month now. I never thought I'd see onderland. Well this morning I hopped on the scale and there was 199 looking back at me! I couldn't believe it. It's been 7 years since I have weighed under 200 pounds. I am more motivated than ever to get the rest of this weight off. Ideally I'd like to lose 69 more pounds but would be happy with 49. Anywho I had to share my happy moment!! Sam

Congratulations SAM!!!! I remember how exciting that time is. But let me tell you, the best feelings are still ahead for you. I reached my goal in December and in less than two weeks will be having my plastic surgery to remove the excess skin in stomach area. I can hardly wait.
