Signs of SPRING!!! Sunday I saw a red-winged blackbird. Forget about robins, they don't mind a freeze or two, but re-winged blackbirds really mena spring is here to stay. Yesterday we had our first pair of Goldfinches on the bird feeder. AND the #1 sign that spring is here - Bob Evans is advertising their Chicken Salad!!! WOW moment yesterday evening. I got the chairs out of the shed for the front porch and as I was preparing to tie the cushions on them I thought, "Last year I had to sit down to tie each one on, and rest between chairs." This year I just went from one to the other and tied the cushions on. I didn't have to sit to do it. I could bend over, lift the chair or whatever it took to do the job. I didn't have to stop to catch my breath. I am loving my new life. Annette

Annette, Yesterday Andy and I had 5 appts to look thru houses since we are moving asap. It was such a nice day out at first so we decided we would go in one of his old convertables. We were just cruising along on 40 and I saw one of those red wing birds too. Well we always keep binoculars in the car for just suck a thing. I had to get them out and get a better look. It was so beautiful. My husband just loves nature and bird watching. I never knew so much about nature and animals until I meet him. We go to parks all the time and feed the birds and deer. Im even getting into it. This morning we fed the ducks here at the park not far from our house. Congrats on your WOW moment too. I just love things like that and love reading about others Wow moments too. My favorite is I know shave my legs everyday!!! Before I was lucky to do it once a yr and then in between it was nair...becouse I couldnt bend over long enough to shave those puppies... Couldnt get enough Air in. Mariah

Hey all! I went to the TH support group meeting last night. I love going to the support groups. Seeing fellow losers helps keep me motivated and on the right path. This is a beautiful day, far too nice to be stuck in an office. I am thinking about getting my hair cut on lunch hour. I found a cute short hairstyle online, that I think would help hide some of my hairloss. I haven't lost a ton, but I can tell it's happening, and I don't like it very much! Linda Vicory

Vicki: I'm in the camping mood too! We will be going to our 5th wheel this saturday and sunday to start opening things up for the season. It usually takes a few weekends (fitting it into our schedules) to get things up and running. We need to get gravel for the site too. We are at a little hole in the wall in Colfax. Come visit us some time. We'll get some walking in, maybe even catch a fish or two. Claudette
