Hello, Looks like we all have a lot to share for recipes and they all sound wonderful. Would everyone like it if I came up with a Hoosier Looser's CookBook that we can all have and we could give to new members as a welcome? I know I have really benefited from everyone's suggestions. I'm managing a cat show at the end of March, but after that I could work on it. Let me know, Tania

Sounds like a great idea. Here is a donation: Breakfast Quiche 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli 1 c diced ham 1 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1 1/2 c skim milk 2 eggs 1/2 c bisquick pre heat oven to 350. Spray 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray. Evenly distribute broccoli on the bottom. Layer with ham and cheese. Beat eggs and milk in a separate bowl and then wisk the bisquick into that mixture. Pour this over the broccoli/ham/cheese and bake for 50 min or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Serves 4-6. Great Sunday morning breakfast and easy to do.

I also love the idea. I have a collection of cookbooks that I hardly ever use but still have my favorites that I go to when I need something. I need new ideas on good foods that are good for me.
