I'm game too!
Iv'e only got 22lbs till goal and I keep playing with this 5 lbs up/down thing! I need to exercise more and I need to get my mind off some of the junk I like too much, and have been sneaking it in lately
(there, I said it too!). Maybe with the kids out of the house now, I won't have that 'junk' around yelling at me to eat it before it goes bad
I'm hoping that with the campground opening soon, I will get in some outside exercising in as well as Curves. HOPING the operative word.
Accountablility for me would be good, on one of the 'other' boards they have an evening listing of what we ate today ('8pm food list' they call it, or 'what did you eat today') maybe that will help. I could use a zap
when I'm on the wrong trail.

When was your surgery? I am extremely interested in talking to Folks in Indiana who had surgeries in 2002. I have started the last six months desperately trying to keep from gaining all my weight back.
I weighed 302 in 2002 and I went down at my lowest 140(size 8 but am up to 170..I want backl down to 150-150...now 12. I need members who have or are in simuliar situations. I will answer all!!
